All EHRs are kept on a secure, zero down time, 100% HIPAA compliant server. Our server is located in an off-site location with redundant power. We have managed backups on a daily and weekly time frame. Our servers are continually monitored in order to provide 100% uptime and implement new hardware. Our goal is to provide you the day and night access you need to your information.
Our Document Storage Platform provides a secure means to access your EHRs. Utilizing the latest technology all your EHRs are maintained in a HIPAA compliant cloud storage database that is dual authenticated and separate from the server. All EHRs are encrypted in storage and in transit in order to follow HITECH guidelines. This setup provides a separated authentication system that provides a higher level of security in order to protect your clients’ EHRs that you entrust with us.
At Records Rescue, all of our employees are background and drug screened. We hire experienced and professional employees to handle your clients’ important health records. Employees go through yearly HIPAA certified training courses in order to protect your EHRs. We follow all administrative, technical, and physical safeguards set forth in HIPAA guidelines.
